Thimpu: PM declares Nehru-Wangchuk Scholarship for Bhutanese students Nehru-Wangchuk Scholarship for Bhutanese students. The purpose of this scholarship is to promote more and more students to join Indian universities in India. Dr. Singh is the first world leader visiting Bhutan after Bhutan declared itself Democratic Nation in March this year.
